 I work on a client to client, job to job basis with no set menus to choose from or set pricing listed on my site. 

This empowers me to have more creative liberties composing menus and working with various clientele.. I want to give each of you a truly unique & collaborative experience, keeping it smooth and "stress free" from the initial consultation to the final bite...

In keeping with the beauty of an open-mind, I'm able to design bites/dishes not limited to one particular cooking style or cuisine. I'm more than happy to provide a sample menu upon requests but trust me this is more fun

To initiate the process, I prefer a more personal approach with an over the phone consultation (don't worry this won't take too long). I love talking and getting to know people so this is a huge plus! From here, I'm able gain further insight on you as a client, your needst, and  any other questions or specifics you may have. I wouldn't want any details getting lost in translation and we may even become best friends LOL.... However, I am happy to take in that information HERE. Once the you you have provided me with all the "DETAILS" and complete the questions, then I'll create the menu(turn around generally happens within 3-5 days) and layout for the event. From there a preliminary proposal with pricing (including a non-refundable booking deposit of $50 or 30% of your overall total, to hold your date) and invoice will be sent off for review and confirmation by the client.
